What counts as a sealed photo?

Every photo a homeowner or adjuster takes through your capture link counts as one sealed photo. Viewing, checking and exporting photos you already have is always free and unlimited.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Sign up with your name and work email and you can start capturing right away. You only enter payment details if you decide to upgrade.

What happens when the trial ends?

New photo capture pauses, but nothing is deleted. You can still sign in, review your claims and export everything. Upgrade to Professional and capture turns back on instantly.

What if we go over 500 photos in a month?

We will not cut you off in the middle of a claim. We will reach out and talk through whether a larger plan makes sense for your volume.

Do homeowners have to download an app or pay anything?

No. They open a link in their phone's browser, type their name and policy number, and take the photo. It costs them nothing and takes about a minute.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. Professional is billed month to month and you can cancel anytime. Ask for an export before you cancel and we will make sure you have every claim.
